Questions and searches

When you search or use Ask PestMan, we store the question text (and any suburb or postcode you choose to give) to decide which answers to write next. Don’t include personal details in questions.

Requests for pest help

If you submit the Find Pest Help form, we collect the details you provide (name, contact details, suburb, postcode, state, pest, property type, description and any photo). We also record which PestMan pages you read before submitting, so we can understand your problem. We use this to respond to your enquiry, which may include sharing it with a suitable pest-management professional who can contact you. We don’t sell your details.

Analytics

We record anonymous usage events (such as which answers are viewed) using a random session identifier stored in your browser for the current session only.
